In one of many case studies currently being conducted here at BenAstrum, we decided to look at our most loyal clients, the ones that attend most frequently, and ask them what keeps bringing them back. The case study below was conducted with a Director/Team Leader at the Pfizer, New Jersey facility.
Initially referred to BenAstrum by a colleague, she has attended over a dozen live web training courses in the past two years. Having relied on the traditional approaches of external conferences, annual meetings and in-house training, she was more than happy to make the transition to e-Learning. Her main purpose for attending e-courses has always been to enhance and expand her knowledge level in areas pertaining to her job functions, citing the quality of content, as well as the instructor’s delivery, enthusiasm and ability to interact with the audience, as key factors to a successful training course.
Of the numerous benefits she obtains through attending BenAstrum’s live web training courses, the most important is savings, both in time and money. There is a substantial benefit to being able to learn about a topic without having to leave the office and lose any travel time, and e-training is a much better utilization of her team’s resources. From a cost standpoint, her company has experienced significant savings by incorporating BenAstrum courses, without sacrificing quality.
When asked what differentiated BenAstrum training solutions from other e-Learning providers, it was our ability to stay on top of new developments from a global standpoint, always delivering the most up-to-date content pertaining to emerging markets, regulations and guidance documents. In terms of content delivery, BenAstrum stands out in particular for the extensive Question & Answer period, in which participants can interact with the instructor using a host of virtual tools. The ability to hear questions from attendees of other companies has allowed for benchmarking, something which has translated beneficially into her day-to-day activities.
With the current state of the economy, her company has set restrictions on travel budgets, yet continued emphasizing the need for its personnel to partake in regular training. This makes e-Leaning all the more valuable, and she takes comfort in knowing that BenAstrum will offer content of parallel quality and nature to previous learning environments.
As she so aptly stated, “it’s just like having an in-house consultant at your fingertips!”
