It is the policy of BenAstrum that the members of its management board, senior management, and all other employees of the company and its subsidiaries adhere to the following principles and guidelines:

 

 

  • All employees are expected to perform their tasks and responsibilities with the utmost honesty and integrity

  • All employees are expected to respect and deal fairly with clients, suppliers and their BenAstrum peers

  • All employees are expected to perform their duties in a manner that puts the company first, avoiding any conflicts between personal and private interests versus the interests of the company

  • All employees are expected to respect the laws enforced by the company, as well as those enforced by governmental agencies

  • All employees are expected to respect the confidentiality of information pertaining to the company in all respects, unless otherwise specified by persons with the appropriate authority

  • All employees are expected to use company time and resources in a responsible manner, to the sole benefit of the company

  • All employees will be subject to submitting periodic reports, outlining their responsibilities and accomplishments over a set amount of time, to continuously provide management with an assessment of their progress. This in turn will allow management to ensure that employees are working to their maximum potential.
